Racially Polarized Voting Analysis

Providing evidence of racially polarized voting—when voters from different groups vote differently—is a key component of demonstrating violations of the U.S. Voting Rights Act. We use precinct election returns, demographic data, and our original open-source software to provide reliable assessments of the presence or absence of RPV in a given jurisdiction.
